Thank you for responding, after day 9 I was beginning to wonder if you guys were receiving the emails.. My only comment, or suggestion at this time would be to google fastspring "check out their customer service tab, it sounds like they are listing your current C.S. problems, point by point," I currently am utilizing their customer service platform for multiple businesses, no problems, no customers waiting 9-10 days for answers, no customers harassing my contractors, very few negative reports on my businesses, my businesses could not thrive in this current type of environment for very long. I am a long time customer of VV, estimated guess of over 2,500 spent with you, just my 2 cents. Since outsourcing C.S. an associates business has had a 15 percent reduction in chargebacks, paying for fastspring in chargeback reduction alone! On the flip side of this coin, I can say your order processing is to die for, never had an order arrive with any problems until now, probably over 25 orders.

Mlgalbraith, thank you for your patience. We are desperately trying to reorganize fast enough but it's been a challenge. As many know, we always do our best to do right by our customers but it is taking us a little longer right now. Our sincere apologies and we hope to have this figured out soon!
