I'll risk being Polyannaish on this one. I live in Southeastern Pennsylvania. We have four almost equal seasons. Each one allows for different activities and pastimes, each one with beauty of its own, especially if you're an outdoors person. Right now we're in the dead of winter, what I call the pits. Yet the snow that fell yesterday masks all defects; there is no soot, dirt, or scars visible anywhere. We're in dormancy, resting up for the coming of Spring, and the playfulness of Summer. Fall brings color and crispness.

What's not to like?

I would much rather be able to go outside and do things without having to put 5 layers on and still have my fingers go numb haha.

It has been many years since I have been on a snowboard. I much prefer video games and warmth in the winter now haha.

I love winter because . . .

Down here in Jurassic Park, "winter" is when the humidity drops below 90% and we get the occasional "cold front" where the overnight temps are in the lovely, blanket-wrapping 40's!
