Some of these vendors run contests every week. I'd say on average 20 to 30 a week going, all with different requirements to enter, just sort thru them.

are these contests open to Canadians do you know?

Honestly I don't know. Some of the vendors probably ship to Canada, some are e juice contests and I am not certain what your rules are. Occasionally a Canadian vendor will have a Canadian contest.

You can also get yourself verified (the process is easy) and check out the PIF forum. Lots of juice and gear gets passed on there. I've personally given away an eGo One kit and a iStick 30 with Nautilus Mini.
