I know this is probably a really easy answer, buy my brain's not cooperating with me.
I have a diy recipe (A) that 8% is supposed to be equal to 12% of a commercial flavor(B). If I have another recipe that calls for 10% of B. How would I figure out how much of A to use in place of B?
The best I can figure out is:
8/12 = .667
10*.667 = 6.7% needed instead of 10%
Thanx
