@Marc411 I am guessing the Vienna Cream is Flavor Art as TFA doesn't make one? Also, which Sugar Cookie are you using: TFA Cinnamon Sugar Cookie (no "Sugar Cookie" found), CAP Sugar Cookie V1 or V2, FW Sugar Cookie, or something else?

Sorry, not trying to nit-pick, I just think I actually stand a chance of having all the flavors (for a change:facepalm:)... depending on which cookie you call for.;)

I am not a big cookie mixer, but here are two simple ones that reappear in my rotation from time to time:
Manner (ELR recipe posted by altneurose)
4% INW Biscuit
1% INW Lemon

This is a "light lemon" cookie recipe. If you are not familiar with Inawera's Biscuit; Europe uses the term "biscuit" the way the US uses "cookie" (think Nabisco Lornna Doone). Can be a S&V but better (richer) after 24 hours. Lemon tends to get lost into the Biscuit after 2 weeks, so mix in smaller batches. (can "refresh" Lemon by adding another 1% INW Lemon after fading occurs... though I find "fresh" better.

Shortbread Biscuit (ELR recipe posted by Cashmere, who credits Betamax)
0.5% TFA Acetyl Pyrazine
1.5% INW Biscuit
4% CAP Sugar Cookie V1
2% CAP Vanilla Custard V1
1% INW Shisha Vanilla
Cashmere's notes:
"-Comforting crumbly buttery vanilla Scottish shortbread, great as a stand alone or as a base for fruits, creams and all sorts of other flavours.
-I enjoy this fresh but if you find INW Biscuit too raw the mix really starts to settle after three days getting richer as it ages.
-CAP Sugar Cookie and INW Biscuit - they are great cookie bases that pack a punch. Together they work well at mimicking a proper butter shortbread.
-AP brings forward the grain of the mix, adding just the right amount of bite and the CAP V.Custard (v.1) keeps the mix from being too dry on the pallet giving that overall buttery feel.
-INW Vanilla Shisha added for its inherent bakery notes and general vanilla decadence."

I really can't add much to poster's/author's notes; other than I agree. I will say that this can be mixed without the AP (acetyl pyrazine)(meaning I wouldn't say you had to go out and buy this before you could mix the recipe) but the recipe will be a little flatter and drier. If you have it, use it, you won't be sorry! I find this good (vapable) after 3 days; but it really starts to shine after a week (due to the VC1).
