I DO NOT recommend trying to do that. Unless your very experienced, it can be VERY dangerous. Not to sound rude, but It doesnt seem like you have a clue what your doing and that is very dangerous. Even if you did do it, the end result is EXTREMELY concentrated and will kill you. It then needs to be SEVERLY diluted down to be vapeable, but unless you know what your doing and do it right, you wont know how strong the end result is. Basically your making a lethal cocktail.
Please consider another method in obtaining some nic liquid.

before goin any further with this idea ?? i would figure a good way to measure the nic concentrate strength of the stuff after you have made it,,

i know how it can be made from regualr tobacco leaf ,but can't post here,,,

i would try to find a brand of tobacco that does not have any additives in it,,other words plain ol grow it yourself natural tobacco

mods,,i meant real tobacco,,not the other 'bakky'

I could bring it to a lab and have it tested for percentage of nicotine. Then, I would follow the same recipe every time, and I would know roughly what I am producing. I don't want to boil it down to a resin because I am very scared of the pure stuff. I just want a liquid around 18 mg to 36 mg strength. If this is a nutty idea, just tell me so...
