Cool little article. Had no idea about the Cameron-Safe Cig connection. That's cool. I'm glad we have celebs and people like this who are into e-cigs because they tend to have quite a bit of pull in our societies.

Indeed, there were a few there I didn't even know about, and the Cameron-Safe Sig connection I thought was interesting too. I'm really wondering if that Charlie Sheen "NicoSheen" thing was serious. I mean, this is Charlie "Tiger's Blood" Sheen we're talking about here.

This is awesome. More and more mainstream articles with a positive bent lately, it seems. And the more people read about them, the more they will start to become accepted socially (at least that's what I believe). Thanks for sharing.

That's my hope, too. We've been seeing much more mainstream coverage lately and the majority of it has been quite positive, or at least optimistically neutral. Regardless though more mainstream articles like this bring it that much further into the public consciousness until I hope it becomes "a thing" that the MSM at large treats at least as a curiosity worth writing about if not a glorification piece that extolls its virtues in ways that vendors and manufacturers can't. (i.e. explaining its harm-reduction potential and success rates at getting people off of tobacco, which vendors can't do without the FDA whipping it out and sticking it in.)

Good read I think analogs make you cooler than e cigs. In fact they make you so cool you will end up COLD and in a box

You know, there's a good pro-E-cig marketing campaign in there. Except it probably hits too close to close to advertising E-cigs as smoking cessation products for the FDA to ignore. Pity.

Very cool article - thanks Mindfield!

A positive spin is always nice :) Thanks for sharing.

Glad to share -- found it a little late (article was posted several days ago) but I hadn't seen it posted anywhere here so I thought it was worth passing on. The more such pieces from more respectable sources, the better!

"Only 4 factorys in China making parts?" No wonder, so many of them have flaws! We need more factorys in the US & Canada perfecting this technology. The problem for us is most of us is, we desire parts that last longer than a week, doesn't flood, leak or give off a burnt taste and is reusable with minimum maintenance. Maybe the eGo-C will be the first? Who knows? I spent 15mins last night, boiling an atty in hot water & stopped to ponder "why the hell, I am doing this?" - ok, it's not that I'm cheap - I'd spend $50 on an atty if it worked consistently for 6 months with no flaws. I just can't comprehend throwing away something that is somewhat working. Oh yeah, the atty - it worked pretty well, not 100%, but better than it was.

I think its going to be a slow ride, here folks. I figure, we're currently somewhere between Windows 3.1 & Win95 with e-cig technology. At least it's a bit fun, seeing all the new items arrive to our local vendors.
