For those of you who haven't tried the blanks yet, these things are awesome! Great vapor production. I maybe done with the pre-filled carts with the exception of trying something new or Dunhill Menthol. That one particular cart just tastes awesome.

I love any blank lol, but the CC are the best ones, they do not get way to hot for me!
Some people may do their guidelines differently but these are mine for when it's time to chuck a carto:
1. Obviously the carto gets chucked when the atomiser stops working or if the carto starts leaking.
2. If after having washed a carto the flavour still tastes burnt I will chuck the carto.
3. If after having washed the carto and the draw is still too tough I will pitch the carto.
The last one is probably more specific to me since I like a nice and easy draw.
ETA: As far as how many times each one can be refilled: some never make it past one fill and others can go on for 30+ refills. Just depends on the carto.

I personally get about 5-10 refills before they become too hard to vape through, which is when I tend to throw them out. Others may have more success.
That seems to be how many I get out of them. They usually don't get too hard to vape through, but vapor production will drop off significantly. I think after that is when you have the trouble with the draw. I probably top off about 20 -25 times as opposed to refilling them though.
Well....lately I have been spinning my cartos after using them (when they start tasting really off or are hard to pull on) to see how much juice comes out....with a condom on the mouth end and mouthpiece out of it. I started doing this because they significantly stopped lasting as long.
If I get as much as 1/4 of a condom, I respin....if total liquid coming out is more than 1/4 condom....I sacrifice carto and pull the filler out carefully, leaving the wick. Then I save the carto to use later as a drip atty.
Every one of these so far has burnt filler and the ones that have close to 1/2 condom full of liquid are burnt pretty bad.
I been refilling pretty much the same 50 cartos for about 3 months and I fill about once a week....so most of these were filled about 10 times. I have quit washing them....too much work and they still tasted bad or life of carto didn't improve....and, now I know why. If they are burnt.....they don't wick properly and there is a lot of residual juice that comes out after vaping them until they taste bad.

I've got about seven different flavors that I use consistently and each time I use them I add a few drops to freshen/moisten the carto before using. I have yet to experience any burning taste or lessening of flavor or vapor. I think that keeping them good and wet keeps them going for a long, long time. I've been using the same cartos for about a month now, but never let them get too dry.
I've been using the KR cool carts for 2 weeks now and cant say enough good things about them. Like you, I also never let them even get close to being empty. I have 8 different flavors, in 8 different cartos but I have a favorite coffee liquid that I have vaped every morning for at least 5-6 hours but I top it off every 2-3 hours and I top it off again before putting it away.
After dinner I then go back to that same coffee carto and vape it for another 2-3 hrs. I've been doing that same routine, with that same carto, for the past 6 days. In total I've vaped that same carto at least 8-9 hours a day, every day for 6 days. I've never cleaned it and there hasnt been any burnt taste at all from it.
During the daytime I switch to other flavors, out of other cool carts, but none of them has gotten the big workout that my coffee one has .. and it's still going strong.
Before switching to cool carts I would get a burnt taste in every regular carto I used, many of those developed a burnt taste within the first hour of vaping and I was getting very frustrated about it. But, since switching to the cool carts I have been in vaping heaven!
I've put 12 ml of 100% VG juice through one blank during this past week and it still runs like new. As long as you make sure to keep them wet, they seem to last quite awhile.
i used to wash out, but i quit too much time, i use them until they suck then i chunk them, i generally get about 5-10 as was said before out of a cart, and i dont have the time to refill one carto all day, but its a good idea, i have a feeling the coolcarts will be able to go longer, than the wows im only getting about 5 refills in a wow before its trash
