COOPs?

In my travels along this highway we call vaping, I've heard mention of "COOPs" - which I'm understanding are organized bulk-purchases of items at a discount. What I haven't heard any mention of is, how does one learn about / get involved in these COOPs?

I have questions, yes I have been to that thread. So all I have to do is sign up with paypal? I dont want to be a seller, only be a buyer to get into the classifieds. It allso says that I need a seller rating? How do I get that? with out selling? What part am I missing?

There a few different ways to get verified. You can do the NetIDme way. its simple. No need to be a buyer/seller

I hope one of these days I get verified. I would like to see the co-op section also. I think I am going on 4+ days.

you have to be verified to even see the classifieds and coops
and remember, coops are risky. there are no guarantees, you might lose all your money, it could take months to get your stuff. I also think there won't be a warranty. the forum is not responsible if you decide to take the risks and join a coop. most go fine, but not always by any means.
just so you know what you are getting into

and there is just one person who does the verifying and it's a volunteer post so patience is a must
