Gee thanks. No, we can't have a bigger TV. The one we have works just fine and looks right where it is. A bigger one would look stoopid in that space, and there is no other place to put it. We have the bracket on the wall already, and the surround sound is wired to that spot. Mr. V will just have to live with it. Poor Mr. V. (not)
We've got a 32" on one of those articulating mounts next to the fireplace. We dont really have room for anything bigger. However, IF we were to get a large TV, there is room for it over the fireplace. I would just need to get some masonry bits/bolts to mount it.

If you have 42 vertical inches, you have enough room. Since the screens are measured diagonally, the vertical measurements are less than the advertised size. I just glanced briefly at a 60" on Amazon. Vertical height is only 33 inches.

Youre welcome.

I'm not sure if I am going to survive this one.I may have someone install it..When he notices it I then pull "What 60 inch flat screen"? That was in the basement.I just brought it up...

I wouldnt survive the aftermath if a 60 inch tv got delivered to my house.

It might be just me, but I thought guys just had a natural attraction to new electronics. It is much like a strong gravitational pull. There is no hiding it... he will probably know when it is 1250 miles away.

I was just checking Alex's grades for the 2ork he did today. They're good. I looked at what he's got coming up soon and I saw there was a "special project". I clicked on it to see what the project is and found out that I have to come up with the project myself. I don't know what to do. The unit is on the 13 colonies for US History. I don't even remember what they are

Edit: I know what they are just not the names of them. I stunk at history and science.

I'll put something new on and sometimes hubby will notice. I just tell him "I've had this a longtime. Don't you remember you said you liked it before".
