Thankfully, today won't be a really busy day. No appointments scheduled for the first time all week. Alex has to finish his Lit exam so the teacher can pick it up this afternoon. Today is the last day before Christmas break. That means Morgan has to go to work with me tomorrow. She usually does pretty well. She likes to help and says she wants to groom when she grows up. Once she gets to be around 15 or 16 I'll start teaching her if she still wants to.
Shrek is snoring in his kennel. Alex is singing in the kitchen. I'm about to go make coffee jug number 2.

FV, what do the chickens think of this snow? Assuming you have taught them how to speak English or they taught you how to speak "chicken".

If you walk in their run they all hop at you. Pick me up!!! My feet are cold!!! poor babies. While Mr. V was leaning over setting out feeders they were flying and landing on his back.

I am planning on applying for a class in the spring. My application has to be in by mid January. Please keep your fingers crossed I get in. There are limited slots and I have to answer one of those questionnaires that wants to know why you want to take it with another billion questions that make you have to think.

O.K. I have a dilemma.It's going to rain then snow here beginning this afternoon...Do I go to the store for bread and milk? (or) skip it because we might not be here after tomorrow?
