Morning today should be interesting.Lack of sleep and playing superviser might not work.I'll have to try to be nice and smooth out probleme children.So my mind might be saying your afah but my lips will have to say let me see what I can do to resolve this for you.

Mornin' y'all!!! Time to get a house cleaned up for company... bleh. They are Mrs E's friends, but they are going to be here before she even gets home from work.

I got dressed, it just felt wrong to sit around like that. Now I'm deciding which room of the hut to tackle first. Probably the dining room, it's the worst. blech. The table has FSS. Badly....

I actually got up, shaved and showered. I feel almost human! I smell better too!
Ive got all of the kids cleaning something right now. I helped Kat with the dishes. Shes now sweeping. Melanie is wiping off counters and cabinets with Lysol wipes. CJ cleaned off the dining room table and is now cleaning his room. I guess its up to me to tackle the living room.

Oh yeah... I need to get outside and see how badly all of our decorations are torn. Mrs E left the inflatables blown up during the high winds we had yesterday. I know at least one of them either ripped its anchor out, or pulled the stake out of the ground. Im hoping for the latter.

Ah. Yeah... Every flat surface is stacked up with crap. I hate it. Im pretty OCD about a clean house, but I refuse to clean up after a grown woman who can put her own mess away and just chooses not to.
Meh. Its not as nice as it sounds. Yeah, its not AS bad anymore, but I still cant call it clean...

This will sound terrible, but my daughter is an OCD cleaner - so glad she is home. My kitchen currently sparkles and she made dinner and all the appetizers for last night and went to the grrrrr store, which she likes!!! In return she gets her nails done and we are going in for eyebrow waxing on Monday - or later today - depends on hard its raining. The doc told me this weekend would be tough because of all the rain, and he was right, I hurt from top to bottom. FV - while you were searching for body parts on Amazon did you find a new pair of feet and hands?
James, your kids sound like mine when they were younger. They each had their chores (I usually re-did AJ's). You know what, your kids, my kids and anyone else who does this is teaching them valuable life lessons for when they venture out on their own.
I can wait to see the socks - it was so much fun. Tiff and I organized it and everyone - ever single person on this board had no hesitation in saying YES! We love you
