I have an idiot neighbor too.The guy that lived there before him insisted on cutting a mower's width of grass on our side of his driveway. For umpteen years (parents bought the house new) we cut everything on our side until he moved there. New(er) guy has continued to do it. Even though when they did the survey before I put my fence in, the stake was 6 inches from his driveway. I should insist he only cut what is his!
On the other side, there is a pin set in the cement about 8 inches into the other neighbor's driveway. So on that side, our property line is being parked on.

i had the same thing here ... the way i fixed it was right after he would mow maybe 30 mins i would mow my part 1/2 inch shorter then his lol
FV same thing happened next door guy cutting trees on other guys woods and the cutter had to replant very large trees in the place of the ones he took cost him alot to do so

Not a clue. But I would think silicone would last longer than rubber. Seems to me the juice affects the rubber ones more.
I really don't think there's a definite date, unless that's what Zen put in his update? He hasn't been in the thread since then and I really don't depend on what others say. I totally understand about holding off on buying anything else.
