Someone ordered a dog name tag from me on ebay but didn't leave me a note with what name and phone number they wanted on the tag. I sent them a message asking for the info and haven't gotten anything back except for a reply that asked when it would arrive.

Good morning! Still working on my coffee here.

My name is now synonymous with sweet potatoes.

We ate at the in laws and had beef roast, biscuits, gravy, fresh corn on the cobb, mashed potatoes with 1/2 a pound of butter in them, and black eye peas. Apple pie and ice cream for dessert. I'm stuffed.

Quiet today. Made another loaf of bread and moved the ducks outside. Getting the brooder cleaned and ready for next Saturday. Have 80 Quail eggs in hoping for a good hatch last of the season.

I'll be doing my baking later, taking Mr. V out to eat shortly. He's on the phone with his son, I've got my shoes on and keys in hand.

Just going to through some chicken on the grill and boil up some corn on the cob. If I get energetic enough to go get corn.

I'm making Mr. Sallie cook his own dinner. I bought steaks but it looks like he opted for hamburgers. They're on the grill now. Side salad and a glass of wine is as about as fancy as we're getting tonight I guess.

My sister is sick but came to granny's anyway for Father's Day but that meant I did all the cooking. I made hamburgers, baked beans, and pasta salad. My granny made coleslaw and my mom brought strawberry shortcake for dessert.

We left there and came home and I took a nap. It's hotter than heck outside right now.

Ran out of energy so boiled off some potatoes in their skins and opened a can of Green beans.

Wow! I upgraded to a better ultrasonic cleaner (this one has a timer and 3 power levels) and tried it out with a few Evods. I heated some distilled water for 2 minutes in the microwave, took the Evods apart, even tossed in the coil heads, and ran them through 2 of the long cycles. It took ALL of the previous juice taste out! I think I found a winner!

Hope everyone is having a great day today! I took Mr. V out to eat (no dishes for me!) and now I could easily fall asleep. I think I ate too much.

I definitely ate too much. Those burgers were BIG and all the chips I ate before definitely didn't help. Bleh.
