Weather cooled down here a little since it is cloudy and raining. How is it up in Maine, Sallie? Hot enough to melt soap!

I know it is too hot where Tiff and BFB live. Go South of Yankee country and sizzle.... :2cool:

It's hit 97* here today. hot.png

Hubby has the a/c set on 78*. He's not here so I turned it way down.

Morning all. Looking like off on storms today. Good part of that is I don't have to water the garden.

And the BEST part is I don't give a flying fig that it's raining because MY CAR IS RUNNING AGAIN!:banana::banana:

<--- VERY happy Bamrz! :):):)

For those that are curious, it turned out to be ONE of the fuel injectors that was bad. It didn't look bad, but when they swapped it out, everything worked! :)

I liked it for the nice weather, not that you're stuck inside. Are you close to being caught up?

Unfortunately no. And it's not really a matter of me being caught up. It's a matter of is the project in a good place, and I'm just a very very small piece in the much larger picture. Once I'm finished on this project, the project won't be finished, but I'm moving on to another project that has unrealistic deadlines with too few people working on it. It is what it is. It hasn't been this way in quite a few years, but when it is you suck it up and do what needs to be done. I know this because this is the way it used to be when I was first learning. The people I work with are too young to remember projects like this and they are spoiled. They believe they should only have to work 9-5 and it's managements tough luck if the work doesn't get done. That's all very well and good, but who do you think will keep their job, or get a raise, or get a promotion in the end? The guy who worked until the job was done, or they guy who left at 5 when there was more work to do?

Okay, off my soapbox now. The whole OT thing, it's just a pet peeve of mine... :p Your work isn't done until your work is actually done. If you haven't finished it, you've failed. Okay, REALLY stopping now. :D
