Pumpkin did you get your car back yet?

That would be a big NO. They told me it would be about 4 days. That probably doesn't count weekends so in the mean time we are putting a lot of miles on their loaner car. :) We thought about a road trip to visit FV...

Pick me up on your way.
Haven't bought my new car yet. Have 2 picked out. One has all bells and whistles. Lots of stuff I don't need and may never use. the other has almost no bells or whistles but is more practical. So fun or just a vehicle.

Good almost afternoon Posse!!!

Hope everyone has been doing well. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to go through almost 50 pages of you guys' yappin'!

Nothing too much out of the normal going on here. Still coaching Melanie's team. We've managed two wins this season, but our losses have been REALLY bad. But, the girls are learning the game, the RIGHT way, and thats what I'm out there to do. Unfortunately, my darling, dainty, little Melanie has gone and re-broken her arm... This time she fell off of her scooter riding down the driveway. So she missed the first few games of the season, and now she's missing the last few games. I'm convinced she likes to play the game, but doesnt like her coach. I heard he's a butthead. And in other news, I probably will not be coaching again. Mrs E wants to let CJ play soccer in the fall. I absolutely DESPISE soccer. But the boy loves to run, and the lord knows he's got the energy to do it. So, no more coaching for this guy.

Kat is playing on two softball teams right now. She's the only girl under 15 that's on the 16U Rec team, and she's playing 14U travel ball. The Rec Team is currently undefeated, and the travel team hasnt played their first game yet. They've got potential, but they are still a young/new team. The good part of this particular team is the fact that they lined up a lot of sponsors to help offset the cost to the parents.

Right now, work is....well.... I cant really call it work. I'm still a Facilities Manager without any facilities to manage. They still havent closed out on the lease for what will be our new building. They're hoping to have us moved in by the end of the month. So, right now, I go through the same routine I had before I got the job, the only difference is I'm getting paid to do it!

And the last thing I've got going on is this is race weekend, so I'll be working that Friday and Saturday for a total of around 30 hours.

Yep. Thats "it" in my life!

Good morning folks!

Kind of a crazy morning here. As soon as I got out of the shower, my phones (work and personal) have been blowing up. We've had 5 fencing vendor come out to the new building to get some quotes, and only one has gotten the estimate to us. It's like the other four dont want our buisness. And it's going to be a BIG job. You would think they would want to get their bids in and take our money, but it doenst seem like they do. I dont get it.

Kat has called twice. Once to ask for me to bring her money so she can go to a student/teacher soccer game/mini-fundraiser. And the other was from her health education teacher. Apparently, she forgot to bring home the permission form to take sex-ed. So now I get to send an email to her teacher after I already gave her verbal permission.... darned stoopid kids.

And I still have to get out the door to get to the storage unit to get the stuff I need for the race track tomorrow, and get home in time for a home appraiser to come out here since my dad is doing something with the house. Refincancing, I think.... Then the kids come home from school, and after that, if the rain holds off, I have to get to a ballfield 30-45 minutes away for our last game of the regular season.

Ungh. Gonna be a heck of a day today.

I'm back! Right now I'm at home, but as soon as I can see something I'll go to work. No sense blundering around the shop like a bull in the china shop.

Leftovers tonight Punkin, I don't feel like cooking tonight. Of course it's a beautiful sunny day and I have to hide in the dark. ugh.
