That's pretty much what we said. It's a hot mess. But it is cheap and the land is pretty. With fishing all around and no neighbors.
I'm not real big on neighbors either. Luckily ours are weekend warriors so we don't have to hear them often.
That's lovely..Who wouldn't want that?..That bathroom sold me.You could actually take the nest in there and put it above the mirror as decoration.You might need some blinds for those windows but they're cheap. You can get them anywhere.I just don't see a tub or shower. Is there a YMCA close by? Mr. V could mount the squirrel's head above the fireplace. I would have already written the check.
The tin shower is in the left back corner. It's delightful as well. Mr. V said you can come help decorate, he's liking your style. But he did say that one could just bathe in all that water surrounding the house. He has an power ice auger for winter.

Stretchy. We'd be flipping it, not moving there. We'll work out it's budget tonight to see if it's a go. Might be an all winter project by the looks of it. Or board it up til Spring. At least we could keep the critters out. kinda.

You can flip it to me! I wanna live there. Now I just have to figure out how I'd support myself.
The house is super cheap, under 30K cheap. There are jobs in the area, not high paying ones, but the cost of living here is tons cheaper than CA.
It's worth it for the land with well, septic and electric. Still deciding if throwing money into the house is worth the effort though. Ugh.
