Usually they end up n so much pain you have to put them down. here was a prominent breeder here in Ohio her dogs went for 3,000 a pop. She won shows and agility but ended up having to put them all down because everyone of her dogs had it. The puppies she sold had it. It was very sad. You might want to check with some Universities. Up here at Ohio State Vet school they are doing a study on Cavaliers heart conditions. That's what usually gets them.. There may be a study group on Syringomyelia...Ok. Thats what I was afraid of.Do the symptoms come and go? He's not acting like his ears hurt and they look good with no odor. At times he seems to stand straight and fine but others not so much. This morning I noticed his head is wobbly. I'll get him in to the vet. Is it fatal? I've read a little about it but didn't see anything about that.
