I spent the day with Morgan shopping and out to lunch for her 16th birthday. I've waaaaaay over eaten the past couple of weeks. Time to jump back on the diet wagon. Starts tomorrow. Yay. Hope everyone has a good week!

I plan on having a great time seeing my kids and grand-kids. Sadly, I can't go until April or so due to work. We are going to be expanding (doubling) my facility and the flag drops on about 1/15. We have to be in, stable, and the old facility we are closing has to be cleaned out/up by 3/31. It's going to be pretty nuts for those 2 1/2 months, because we are adding 300k square feet to the layout and moving in the contents of a 265k square foot DC, including all the racking, wireless infrastructure, and equipment. We're also building in a 70k square foot temp-controlled storage for consumables, relocating all the forklift charging equipment, expanding office space, and adding a caged secure area. To add to the degree of difficulty, I'm back to teaching 3 classes starting 1/3.
I think by the time April gets here I'm going to really need that vacation.![]()

I'm liking this for the plastered daughter!Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! Mine was sort of odd in a good way.Went to Cincy.Stayed with my daughter who took me to a gourmet Hyper Market called Jungle Jim's. I wanted to pick up some stuff for My Son's get together. I left my daughter at the Wine Bar..Yeah a Wine Bar in the store and it was filled to the brim with half drunk gourmet grocery store shoppers including my daughter. I swear I was only shopping in said store for about 45 minutes. When I got back she was plastered. She was drinking IP beer whatever that is and I had to drive us home..I couldn't get her to leave. She picked up an entire family and some guy named Terry. None of those people got any grocery shopping done either.
Also... I don't mean to sound like an ungrateful gift receiver but my younger son really went to a lot of trouble for my gift. We always put what we would like in the Amazon list thingy. That way pretty much everyone gets what they want. He comes in with a plastic grocery bag sits it on my lap and says "It was the only thing left on your Amazon list". He got me a $6.54 jar of Nivea Hand Cream. What was worse is it was an add on item which means he had to spend at least $25.00 on other things in order to get it..The kid is an IT guy at a major bank and his job is to keep ISIS or anyone else from hacking the system. It's not even that. He had a little girl in 2015.He could have taken a picture of her put it in a frame and wrapped it.I would have been thrilled.Nah just a jar of Nivea Hand Cream...in a grocery store bag....On the other hand I was really glad to see him because he didn't know if he could make it or not..It was nice having everyone together. My older son made a fabulous dinner and we laughed at silly stuff they did as kids. All in all it was pretty Merry.
It really sounds like a great place to park a hubby so you can shop though! I did and she pooped her pants...She also likes to wear hats. I've never seen a baby that likes knit caps. She wore hers all night...Stretchy, I'm aghast at younger son, but I hope you got to spend some time with Miss Poopy Pants!
It's really a great store. Anything you ever wanted.Got some wonderful Antipasto. The veggies were snap back fresh. I bought a cheddar cheese that was so good I could have just ate that all night. In fact I may have to get some when I go back..This time I will go alone...LOLI'm liking this for the plastered daughter! It really sounds like a great place to park a hubby so you can shop though!
As long as you're willing to drive his azz home anyway...
