If it tastes good, and I wouldn't know on this particular juice, then no, it doesn't NEED to steep, not if you like the vape fresh as it is. Will it get better with steeping? Perhaps so. My advice is to always try it frsh and if you like it vape away but leave some for steeping to see if you like it even better in a few weeks time. If so, then you know what to do next order!
Steeping is more of a personal preference IMO. I love all juices the way they come, especially CopperCreeks House Blend & Twisted Tobacco
