Looking for a corn or sweet corn flavoring. Not candy corn, but actual corn. No luck finding one. Does such a flavor exist?

Health Cabin makes the only one I've seem. Its available(as well as other HC flavorings, other brands & DIY supplies) from One Stop DIY Shop. Those HC flavors come in four-ounce bottles but they're only $4 a pop. Have fun!

Yeah, that would be a win, FlavorArt is my favorite brand, but the page says flat out "This flavor contains Diacetyl and/or related diketones. Not suitable for vaping." I wonder if US DIY distributors don't stock it for that reason. I have a query in at BCV asking why they don't handle it.

Ok, the HC sweet corn is in my hands. It is so close in taste and aroma to corn on the cob that I'm willing to bet it's a natural extract.

By itself it's like nothing I've ever tasted. Very smooth, clean and natural, and entirely devoid of any hint of a note that could be described as chemical/artificial. There is a sweetness, but it's not like a candy-sugar type of sweet. Best I can describe is it's mildly sweet like its namesake.

It's also very strong. I pretty much screwed up my first experiment mixing it with caramel and sweet cream, although I don't think sweet cream is going to do anything for it, it's already pretty creamy by itself. Anyway, I used it like a base at 4%, with TFA Caramel Original also at 4%, and it's just overpowering everything. I've doubled the caramel and still can't taste it through the corn.

My next try will be something like
Sweet Corn 1%
TFA Caramel 7%
CAP Sweet Cream 2%

Though I might swap the Caramel for Dulce de Leche.

Anyway, I'm glad I've got it. It's got great potential because it's just so unusual. Throw up any recommendations and I'll try them.

Well, this has turned out to be a "fraction of a %" flavor.
CAP Butter Cream 1.5%
TFA DX Sweet Cream 2%
CAP Vanilla Custard V1 5%
EM 1%
FA Meringue 2%
HC Sweet Corn 0.25%

It was good off the scale. Steeping now. We'll see.
