I've spent two and a half years buying almost whatever I wanted in the vaping world :) Its been fun and I don't regret a single purchase. I didn't start vaping to spend less then what I was spending on smoking although I did wish to stop the escalating cost and not be spending more. If I'd continued to smoke this entire time all I'd have to show for it would be a HUGE pile of butts :grr: but instead I have a huge stash of vaping supplies that will last me years. :)

Changes are coming soon in my life that meant I need to find ways to cut expenses. Vaping is an easy place for me to drastically cut down my spending. :) Going forward I'll only be purchasing "needs" of which I'll have very few but will at some point need some new lion batteries or need to restock some flavorings or Pg or Vg. or some wicking materials for my RA's but none of those things will be needed anytime in the near future and none of them will cost a fortune. I'm sure that once in a while I'll still splurge and buy something just for fun but that won't be happening very often anymore. :)

I could have written this post exactly word for word. I've been stashing vaping supplies for awhile now. And I've really kicked it into overdrive the last few months due to looming regulations. But it's time to hold off now. There's always going to be the occasional small "fun" purchase. And I'm waiting for a certain rebuildable atomizer to hit the market. But that's a planned for and saved for purchase. Beyond that, it's time to start trimming the vape budget here too.

Yes, GPC stands for Good Priced Cigarettes, but that price is not so good. I switched to Decade at $25.00 per carton, but use the $55.00 price in my banner sig total.

Missouri has the lowest cigarette taxes, but for some reason GPCs were expensive. Even ultra-discount shops were $55.00 for GPCs and I know not why.

Oh well, not a problem any more ;)

My break even date will get here (as long as I don't buy a Provari).

:D

I've only been analog-free for 28 days. Still, without spending any more than I'd have spent on analogs for my former 2.5 packs per day habit, I've got enough supplies to last me for at least one more year and probably more like two more years.

Have told my wife I had enough supplies to last a year more than once. I no longer even lie to my self

Well, yeah, but I had to get a Kanger Protank, didn't I? I mean, it would have been foolish economy NOT to get one, er, two of them. They're absolutely incredible for me, by the way, but they're not for those who don't like a lot of air with their hits. And I did figure I needed a back-up Spinner for my back-up Spinner, and make sure I have plenty of replacement coils, and a couple more bottles of super-concentrated joose flavoring and.... still, I've spent less than I would have spent on smokes in these 2 months and THEORETICALLY have enough supplies to vape happily for at least a year.
