hey all, i am still getting used to all this stuff... i have been cig free for almost eight months and it seems like its been nothing but struggles to find something consistent for me. i finally feel like the new vivi nova 2.5 is pretty legit and ive been using a couple minis to get me through. but i hate having to refill them so much!!! i purchased a regular sized one and it is very tight draw and way to harsh! at first i thought it could be a bad head (i like good head haha) but that wasnt the case because i put the same ones on my minis and they work fine! did i get a bad tank or what? any tips or tricks to get this thing going? thanks!

I think the one and only drawback to ecigs is the sometimes inconsistencies. Ya just gotta learn to live with it i guess and I totally get how you feel.

However at the bottom of the tank where the threads are there's a circular piece in the middle that looks as though it has slots that would fit a flathead screw driver. well, they do and if you take a screwdriver and turn it slightly, you'll get more airflow. Try and see if it works.

Now if I could get my nova to stop gurgling, life will be good!

Hmmm, too harsh? Perhaps, and this is just a thought........Try to increase your VG blend in your juice and reduce the PG. PG gives much stronger throat hit, but better flavor, VG however, will give you a smoother hit, reducing the flavor, but also producing lots more "clouds".

Yeah, I'm thinking it's your juice, not the Vivi. I use Vivi's and Stardusts and the only time
it's "harsh" is because of the juices. Then I just tone them down with my VG...

If you're using a tank, shake it if it's been sitting all night. I know that my cinnabomb in a tank is horrendous first thing in the morning because the cinnamon oil floats to the top and you may be having a similar situation from your liquid. I always have to not inhale first thing in the morning, just draw the vapor in and puff it out like smoking a cigar. That concentrated cinnamon oil burns like you wouldn't believe.

If you want a more airy draw, try a Kanger T2. They work better than the Nova in my opinion.

I also agree with the PG. I make a 60%PG/40%VG mix that is not so strong. If I need more nic, I carry a 24mg juice and squirt a couple of drops inside the clearo. It takes me through the craving times.

great advise.. but the thing is i put the same head/same juice on my mini, works fine. put the same head/same juice on my regular nova, and it is super harsh... i dont think its the pg/vg blend at all. i think it has to do with something in that little down stem that the head connects to.

Loosen the ViNo a little from the battery.
It probably doesn't get enough air at the centerpost

Don't know which battery/ mod you are using?
I have some battery's that work fine with the mini's but with the large Vivi's I need to use a connector because the battery shuts the airhole completely.

Imo harsh usually means dry coil or hot legs, a common problem with the vivi's cheaply made coils. Look up how to rebuild them. Super easy and cheap.
