Could you help me with portion numbers?

It looks like $1.47 for 16 portions is a good deal but because I cannot see portions numbers on the the larger cans I can't really compare. I was wanting to buy a few of these.

TWalker, it looks like stubby already answered your question in the other thread but I'll repeat what he said. Most regular portion size cans have 24 portions at 1g per portion. For some reason the mini portions have only 20 portions per can. The Camel that I had tried before had 15 portions per can. There's nothing wrong with figuring out price per portion but for me it has more to do with what I like and depending on the brand, the price can vary quite a bit. When I place an order I focus more on average price per can with shipping included. For example, my last order was 37 cans and with shipping included it put me at 3.23 per can. So that would have put my price per portion around 13.5 cents which I have never taken the time to figure out before.

13.5 is reasonable. I too want what I like but I like to know how much I'm spending per day, week, month etc. I don't want to spend time and money and then get something in the mail with 6 portions. Which I saw on some of the cans.

I don't think I've ever seen a can of swedish snus with less than 20 portions. What kind was it?

Don't most of the swedish brands sell by a standardized weight? i read something a while back about the weight in a lot of swedish brands getting reduced to some random number to get under new taxes.
I think the portion cans get sold by weight as well.If i can find the article i'll post it.

The packages with 6 portions must be swedish match trial packs or something.

I think the six portions may be the old Marlboro snus. The new ones are now 15 portions..... which is the same crappy snus..... just more......................................... crappy snus
