Nicotine is highly addictive and use of such products is believed to lead to use of tobacco products.

Putting the cart before the horse, somewhat?! I don't disagree with licensing as long as it doesn't lead to a ban but that article is ludicrous! I'd like to know where they get the 'fact' that e-cigs are marketed to young people...I thought they were marketed to smokers?! If there was a disproportionately high rate of smoking in young people compared to older people (whatever such loose age categories mean) then yeah, they'd be marketing to young people who smoke... I really hope that whoever reads that article has the sense to read between the lines and can see the cow-poo within!
