I wanted to post an update... so I bought some trustfire 14500s from altsmoke, because the pic on their site was of blue ones... so I figured might as well give it a go.

They arrived; Flamejackets.

First thing I did was rip off the jackets Sure enough, I'm the proud owner of 4 more counterfeit batteries. Lucky me.

Screw this, I'm going with AW once I get refunded for these.

That's probably the best bet for now, of course, until someone starts counterfeiting those as well.

Those Chinese are insane at counterfeiting, they'll fake anything. Check this out.

I'm holding 4 "Trustfire" 14500 batteries in my hand.

If I peel off the wrapper and they are real, what should I do before using them. Wrap them in Electrical Tape?

I just placed an order for around 25 sets to start off my small battery business. I ordered blue jacket ones. Will use a razor to check the undercoat before I send any out.
