Some more expensive metal mods are fabricated and assembled in the US. But I would say no to "TOTALLY" because I bet none of them manufacture the atomizer sockets in the US and even if they did - what about the LEDS and other tiny parts. So I would say there is probably no wholly-US manufactured e-cigarette. However you can find mods where almost all of the materials and manufacturing was done in the US including the whole barrel of the ecig. And there are wood mods carved or cut and assembled by US mod makers. The batteries and battery chargers for mods are probably made in China.

if you want a junky slim ecig claimed to be made in the US you could get the Volcanoecigs Volcano model and enjoy its less that 1 hour battery charge. But I still say I will not believe they make the atomizer sockets in the US and probably not the lithium battery pack inside the battery, and possibly manufacture none of it in the US and just assemble it here.
Yeah there are plenty of mods that are from other countries (and they're of much better quality as you might assume). Many us made mods also the bulli mods I know are German which is always a plus. Again though, that doesn't mean all internal parts are made in country where mod is manufactured.
Sorry for my ignorance, but what does bnrk mean? I see it a lot in the forums. I looked at the list of abbreviations on the e-cig wiki, but didn't see that listed.
I know as soon as someone tells me, I'm going to think "Duh!", why didn't I figure that out on my own. LOL
