No you shouldn't be worried about that, I chain-vaped like crazy when I first started. I was actually astonished after a month or so when I woke up early with my vape in bed that I couldn't find, (I no longer bring my vape to bed, LOL) and I was actually able to wait a couple hours to vape because I did not want to wake the husband. Cigarettes were Right There, but I just patiently waited, it was kind of astonishing.
I still chain-vape a bit in the mornings, but I spread it over multiple vapes so I don't overheat my tank (another thing to NOT worry about right now focus on a stable vape) but I chain vaped my mod pretty heavily in the a.m. and I've been perfectly fine, in fact my health has improved. I do it because it's similar to how I smoked, so if I'm not headed somewhere in a rush, I will wake up and chain-vape with plenty of coffee.
My two leftover vices are nicotine and caffeine, and I have given up SO MANY vices, that I'm pretty content to stick with the ones I have...
If
vaping is helping you quit smoking, keep at it! Nothing beats the real world experience of finding out how much better you FEEL vaping, IMO. I was amazed, on so many levels. I don't fear nicotine, I use a reasonably high level but I MTL so I'm going through maybe 5 mls of juice a day. So much less than cigarettes. Just keep at it, give yourself a month to see how you FEEL, and go from there. Don't get me wrong, I am glad vaping is being studied and I do what I can to make it as safe as possible, and nothing is without risk, but for me it was the ONE think that kept me of cigarettes (I tried everything but Chantix) and I can FEEL the health changes as I grow further and further away from my last cigarette. It's AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good luck,
Anna
