I just placed an order with you and I put the coupon code in (summerfun) then I hit update then placed the order.Could you please tell me what I am doing wrong?I read the disclaimer and am not asking for it now but for my next order.My order no. is # 71845.Thank you.

The coupon should have worked on this. If you can give us a call tomorrow between 9am-5pm we can manually apply it.
I'm not sure what happened, but when you press update, it should show you that the coupon was applied. May not have worked for some reason but we can take care of it manually.

Call us at 1-888-418-2215 from 9am-5pm and we'll fix it up.

Hey timothy, when you are checking out and viewing your cart, look under where your items are listed on the right. You will see this ECXCODE[+]

You have to click on that [+] to expand it in order to enter your code. Very easy to miss.
