I am trying to place an order for a friend new to ecigs. She gave me her credit card info to place her order for snickerdoodle and french vanilla cappucino. I filled out all her info and went to place the order...tried both current coupon codes and got the message that they were expired, even though the website says they expire on July 2...what's the problem?

Be sure that you send an email to customer support on the website. Brandon is good about getting back to emails rather quickly. Hang in there, I am sure that it is something that can be easily corrected.

I would still send a message over to Brandon at the site. If the coupon codes are down, they need to know. Who knows, you might even be able to see if a store credit could be added for the discount difference on a future purchase. You won't know unless you try. Ms. T's has great customer service so don't give up yet.

The coupon codes are still valid, and they have been working for others all day today. Here's what may have happened: NanC, if you have already used both coupon codes for yourself this month, and then tried to place an order for a friend, that could be the issue. Since the codes are one time use only, I believe it bases that use on your IP address. If the system realized that you were placing a third order from the same IP, even though it had different info, it may have shown that the coupon codes were unavailable to you. We do have ways around it, so if this occurs in the future, please do email me and I'll work it out for you. The coupon codes will be changing very soon anyway since we are coming up to the end of the month. Sorry you had trouble!

I just this second ran out of snickerdoodle cookie. Funny how ya get that sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach when that happens!! I was so thrilled to see the coupon codes available. Thank you Ms T for those coupon codes. I really appreciate them more than I can say!!!

Thanks, Brandon. I actually wondered if the IP address was the problem and tried placing the order on two other computers...still didn't work.
It was a small order, so it wasn't a big deal---and my friend will be placing her own orders in the future, so will get plenty of discounts!
