I am not using the same manufacturer as the other guy. And not his specs and tweeks.
I will say that it is very likely that it came from the same factory.

Yep, they work on the ego with no adapter, they are threaded the same as a 510 ( they are interchangeable)
The 510 drip tips won't work though, the 306 is a exposed atty. Google 306 drip tip and you can see hat they look like( they slide over the atomizer, like a 401 cart does.)

Think you'll still have some of the LR 306 attys available and for the same price when your drip tips come in? I don't want to pay shipping twice so I'll just wait if so.
Just for anyones interest i started using regular 306 attys about 6 months ago and i fell in love. then suppliers started carrying the LR 306 attys. been using them and loving them. Bruce im glad you got the LR306 attys. I plan on buying a few from you. BTW guys the LR306 atty i am using now has lasted me about 5 months. These things rock.
My buddy told me after using his for 1 week he starts to get a foul taste. i told him i wash mine out with denture3 cleaner every 2 weeks or so. Juts maybe an hr in the cleaner then rinse very well and blow out and let dry. they will work just like new again. I love the LR306 attys.

I plan on keeping the LR306 in stock all the time. So, yes when I get my drip tips next week, I will have them for you.

I only saw black and stainless XL eGo batteries on your site - do you usually carry other colors, like pink?

Oh yeah, purple!!!! I LOVE my pink XL eGo with the LR510 and a delron shorty but I'm excited to try the LR306!
I use a 401 when making DIY because it's so easy to taste test. The 306 might even be better.
