    Hi Low_Tar_Neil,

    I hope you are well during this crazy pandemic time. I need some help with an order I place on August 18th. The order is: #V100380217. Since August 19th it’s said it’s “preparing to ship,” yet never does actually ship out. So it’s been 2 weeks and it’s still not even shipped. It’s a big order and my credit card has been charged since Aug 18. Could you let me know what’s going on? I have emailed customer service twice but no one every responds. I appreciate the help!
