I always got a kick out of the videos of the old farmers in the UK who would get miffed for one reason or another, load up the manure spreader and hit Main Street to give the buildings a nice, fresh coat.

You could catch a charge for sending biological waste through the mail, though.

As burnable dung has been in use and on the market long before 2007 I'd say you're OK with that. Just don't vaporize it.
