Cr 123A Question

I have some LiFePO4 CR123a 3v batts. I have a trustfire fast charger. All of my 3v batts are reading at almost 4v's. What is the maxium you should charge 3.0v batts? And why is my charger still saying they are not fully charge(red light). Thanks!

I have AW 3.7v batts, whats there max charge?

Max for LiFePO4= 3.3-3.6 (3.4 is probably best).
Max for Li ion=4.20

Is your charger sepc'd for LiFePo's? (3.2V setting)

you need a 3.2v charger for those type batts. looks like you are over charging them if they are at 4v.
some chargers have a 3.2v switch for lifepo4 batts and some do not and will charge to 4.2v.
I am not sure what the repercussions are for over charging but probably not a good thing.

No the charger doesn't have a switch. Is there a way to release the charge in the batts? Will the explode if I try and use them? What charger do you reccomend I get, that has a switch on it? Thanks!
