I'm gonna have to ask the stupid question, but did you drop it lol? The glass on your tank should not be getting hot. Unless you were referring to atmospheric conditions which would still be a no despite whatever standards Pyrex now follows.
ive had my kanger tank for over a month and clean it frequently and just recently cleaned it and it cracked. have a 3.7 batt and 1.4 coil build with cotton candy flavor with a touch of extreme ice from mount baker vapors
Assuming you clean your pyrex with water or alcohol neither will cause a crack in pyrex, and your juice shouldn't either. Hard to say for sure but either way that sucks and I am sorry to hear about the crack. Do you have a backup or can you get a replacement locally?

Perhaps you screwed it on to tight? If you do a small dent could crack it, due the pressure.
Also for safety reasons don't use builds under 1.5 ohms on a normal 3.7v battery.
Since you were cleaning your tank, when you put it back together, my guess would be you put too much torque when connecting it back. Too much stress and pyrex can definitely crack.
You can buy replaceable kanger pyrex glass online or in your local B&M. Like most others have said it sounds like you just torqued it on to hard. If you get a lot of resistance to take the thing apart then there is the culprit. Basically think about it as placing a drinking glass with the top down on a carpet... then step your foot on it... its sealed and fine.. add more weight from your body and sooner or later it will crack and shatter. This is probably what happened.
Didnt drop it. but still able to use it, i do use very hot water when cleaning it. maybe i put it back together to soon. ohh well still vaping on it with no problems. knock on wood. lol
