1. 8/28 Chicken fried steak. I imagine it is a breaded, deep fried steak. I have seen it on menus a lot when I lived in SC. But I don't think I have ever actually seen one.

MANDARIN CHICKEN SALAD summer time is a great time to enjoy salads like this. I like the contrast
of textures by having the chowmein noodles tossed in for crunch.

Country Apple Dumplings I saw the recipe for this dessert and said to myself- yeah
this one would be interesting to try. It calls for a can of Mountain Dew. Mountain Dew and apples , can’t go wrong there.

Zucchini Brownies if you add zucchini into brownies does that make them a healthy dessert? I want to taste these!
I've seen them talk on cooking shows about how this is a good way to sneak veggies into your kids diet. ;-}
