I've never had this either and it looks GOOD!

3: Pepperoni pizza, triple layer pepperoni on thin crust, cooked until the top layer is crisp with pepperoni inside the crust. Made it up, well at least around these parts.

Kare kare... Another Filipino favorite. I love oxtail in general and peanut sauce (from what I had in Thai cuisine). I just have to make certain there's no tripe, which I don't care for.
