for now we are not running any specials. We lost alot of money having no processor for a month. Unfortunately we can't afford to give any discounts at this time. sorry but this has been extremely hard on us financially, I am sure everyone understands that...

Why would you suggest we are going out of business? We have a walk-in lounge that serves hundreds of people a day and just as many paying by check online and bank transfer. We will get a new processor eventually, it’s just the way of things in the banking industry and e-cig sales

So now you’re saying that your "Hundreds of walk in customers that have been buying every day didn't help defer your losses? If you make a promise you should keep it. If I make a promise to my clients I keep it even if it costs me, that’s what ethical people do. I Think there is snow coming out of AZ and I don’t like to be snowed so you have one less loyal customer.

Dont worry Dave and Pam I will take up his spot in the loyal customer department :) when one door closes another always opens. Now can you just see fit to combine that disaster of an order x2 I sent through? Because my CC has been charged for both orders I think ... so Ive paid a bit extra for my stupidness already LMAO!!

that's alot of attitude Stuck, of course there are always suppliers everyone can buy from. Pam and I know that. I don't expect you to understand what it costs ro run this company. The lounge is a seperate entity. The internet is a different beast altogether. We will, of course, wish you well in your pursuits of vaping and other suppliers that you will purchase from. There are many good ones out there. For us, we work hard to provide the finest fluids, from the finest products available anywhere.
We take our juices seriously. We explained we lost alot of internet money over the last month and it has to be made up for somehow.
There will always be people demanding discounts, sales and whatever else they can get out of us. But we do what we have to do to get through the day, pay our employees, and, god forbid, try to eek out a profit in this horrendous economy. In the end this isn't a debate. We discussed it and we can't issue any sales at this time. Plain and simple. Anyone who doesn't understand, or agree, is, of course, allowed to go elsewhere.
Pam and I hate to lose customers just like any other business. But we have cares and concerns, and alot of children we have to take care of. So we are sticking with what we have to do to survive. Happy Holidays and Happy Vaping...

Whew! Wish I woulda had time to check earlier today to get my order in before close of business ;) Down to my last "watered down" drops of Mojito, and going to have to hit the stash before it arrives... but what a day it's going to be when I open the mailbox to heaven in a bottle ;)

Glad it appears to be up and running for CC!!!

we have worked very hard to gain a processor who is quality without all the problems. We feel, as they do, it is a perfect fit. It has been a long hard road but well worth the effort. enjoy :)

David, Stuck has a point. You have a point--an undeniable income versus outgo matter of mathematics--but a promise was made, enshrined forever in ECF's servers. I understand that in the moment it was made, your perception of future dollars and cents was different than how it played out. You couldn't foresee that--we get it.

I'm not going anywhere. You're the best. But I'd feel better in doing so if you'd recognize that you'd made a promise you can't make good on. We know why you can't--we can add and subtract.

We don't want to subtract your personal integrity, if we can avoid it.

Hey, I'm not Politically Incorrect for nothing.

Pamela and I have offered sales more times then most. we have given away many freebies over the years. The credit card processor issue was supposed to be fixed in less then a week, it took almost a month. We will always have on again off again future sales. The last sale we had, we never saw a penny of the money. The banks hold it for 180 days in case of future chargebacks. It is their right to do that. We shipped the products anyways. That was a huge blow to us.
We have a new processor, and 3 other ways for folks to pay for our product if they wish. We thank everyone who used the e-check system while it was the only method available. We cut our prices as low as we can afford to, which is a heck of alot lower then what juices were selling for over 2 years ago.
The fda and other entities are on the verge of some pretty major regulations coming to the forefront. I think folks constant demands of cheaper, faster etc. may just very well blow up on them. We pour alot of our own personal money into staying light years ahead of the regulations fast approaching.
In the end, we will offer what we can afford to offer when we can afford to offer it. Anyone with any decency can understand that I am sure. This thread has run its course. We try to keep people as informed as possible and I believe we have done that. I don't think many people truly understand how close Pam and I were to completely closing the internet side of our business...
