Credit Card Fail - Disappointed Customer

I have tried ordering 3 times from this company and they have claimed my card was bad every time, even though I use it regularly and it works everywhere else. I will be buying my e-cig supplies elsewhere.

We use authozize.net to process our CC transcations. Sometimes if there is a situation where a billing address does not match the shipping address of if the expiration date or CVV# is entered incorrectly, the transaction will decline. In the future you can email us at info@electronic-ash.com or call at 716299-8273 and we can hopefully get to the bottom of it. Thanks.

Don't just give up outright! CONTACT THEM! I have nothing but SATISFACTION from this company. They are fast and responsive and have addressed my issues in a more than timely fashion!
