I just got hit for the 4th time this year. I used a new card at
ecigexpress.com . I had fraud 3 months in a row, then I decided to purchase
juice locally last month. I saw on here that ecigexpress had done all of this work to make their site more secure, and they had switched processors. So I gave it a go this month again because i like their
juice... Fraud just showed up again today.
I filed a report with the FTC. Even though they will not investigate individual incidents, they can decide to investigate if they see a pattern. If enough people file a report, they will get to the bottom of it.
