Drop EM for Whipped Cream, Meringue, Sweet Cream, or some other creamy sweet type flavor. EM at 2% will flatten and mute the flavors after a couple of days. Plus it will be super sweet using it in a rda.

Would you recommend an even exchange with the whipped cream?

I would do 1.5% Brown Sugar Extra TFA with the EM at 0.5%

The BSE is a very nice mixer with the ingredients you have in my opinion.

If you get ahold of some Vanilla Bean Ice Cream TFA consider using it in place of the marshmallow, if you want a stronger vanilla punch than you already have.

New to the abbreviations what is the EM you say should be swapped out?

From Ethyl Maltol 10% PG Solution (TFA)
Concentrated Ethyl Maltol 10% PG flavoring by The Flavor Apprentice. Ethyl Maltol Crystals diluted in 10% PG. It has a taste of sweet, burnt cotton sugar candy with jammy strawberry notes. Ethyl Maltol 10% PG concentrated flavoring is FDA approved for use in food, beverages and products for human consumption.

Ingredients: Ethyl Maltol Crystals, PG

I use the ready made liquid for simplicity, a little goes a very long way.

To get 10% from crystals you need 1 g of crystals to 10 g of PG, however I have not tried this myself and can not speak to how well the crystals dissolve, it is my understanding that 1 g ethyl maltol crystals will readily dissolve in 17 ml of PG which would be more like 5.9%.

In any case to make Ethyl Maltol into the cotton candy flavor is more a function of how much is used, at very low inclusion levels it is more of a modifier to the ingredients already used, its muting ability at moderate inclusion levels is interesting if nothing else.
