So I'm fairly new at this rda thing but enjoying it none the less.

Snagged a Kennedy and built this on it.

By dripping between the pos and neg posts an "painting" the wicks it holds a lot of juice with out leaking.

Anything I could be doing better? This came out at .325 and I love the vape.

good job! looks pretty clean, i notice wraps 3, 4 and 5 are darker than the rest meaning these coils are getting hotter than the rest, are you sure you got hot spots etc out of the coils before wicking, not always but most of the time the middle of the coil will darken rather than towards one end of the coil.
Also noticed the darker end of the coils has thinner amount of cotton which will produce hot spots also where the cotton isnt contacting the coils properly.

Does it work??? If so, GOOD JOB.... Now if you want nit picking. Looks like you need to pull the wick, dry burn and work the hot spots out. Also, you appear to ahve more spacing on the right side of that coil, also why those coils are running cooler. Basically the whole coil should be about the same color cold and glow evenly when fired. It should heat from the center OUT, with the last wraps and/or at least the legs DARK (not glowing, when fired). Once you get the coil firing, Then rewick.

I notice my coils gunk from the middle out even when glowing evenly. Could just be the beginning of gunking.

OP: If you like how it vapes then you did well. Just try different things til you find your personal sweet spot. Wicking (and coil building) is an art form, and everyone puts their unique spin on it.
