Kentucky bill (HB 174) reintroduced to ban smoking and e-cig use in workplaces
Thanks to Bill Godshall for posting this over in Legislation News. I thought it should be cross-posted here. I encourage everybody to do what you can to stop this bill. It defines smoking as including all e-cigarettes and vaporizers, and bans smoking statewide in all public workplaces. I'm not sure I think a statewide smoking ban would pass, but in this day and age I think it's worth being vigilant. Many people were shocked when many of Kentucky's larger cities banned public smoking, so don't think it couldn't happen statewide, with vaping being a casualty in the people's fight against BT.
