Crossroads Biweekly Juice Giveaway

Hey guys, I want to give more people a chance to try our juice. For as long as I can afford it, I'm going to give away 5 ten mill bottles, one per person, every two weeks, on Saturday evening, starting next Saturday.

I will try to set up a spot on the store page, with a zero pricetag, or do it on a first pm gets it type thing. Let me know what ya think, I'll post in this thread everytime I put some samples up.

Hmmm while I always appreciate giveaways, this sounds like it may turn into a mad rush situation... And I think we have members who always work on Saturday nights....

Maybe run a random.org type contest over the course of a couple days then just run the number for your winner(s)? Still pretty simple, and gives all members a better shot. just a suggestion.

Don't get me wrong tho, I'm in however you do it LOL thank you for your generosity! It is appreciated!

I would have to agree. Everyone is in dif. time zones and it would give more people a chance to try your juice with a contest. Something like:

1 post per person per contest
run for X amount of days
random winner with random.org

I agree with the one post per contest period or one post per day as other vendors do, ending with random numbers being drawn.

Sweet thanks for all the great tips, how does the random number thing work? Pick and number and have people guess? Or do I just let people post and just kinda raffle pick winners.

If you go to random.org you can use the program, not sure if you have to dl it or not. But basically you just make a post when the contest starts, each person can make one post. You enter the post number after yours as the start number, and the last post when the contest ends as the last number, and random.org will generate a winning number out of those numbers. Then you see who made that post and they are the winner. Then they can just pm you their address and you can send it out.

Very cool idea!! I found a random number generator droid phone app, I guess the best thing would be to run the contest for the full two weeks and pick the winner before the next two weeks starts. Ill let it pick 5 numbers for each two weeks. I guess we can start it now and I will include the post already posted enjoy!!

FYI: You should make the Rules clear so people don't start asking a lot of questions...

For example, and not necessarily in this order...
1. One entry per person?
2. Contest start/end dates and times...
3. Date/time winners announced and how decided (ie: random drawing)
4. # of prizes to be given away and what they are
5. USA residents only?? (or will you ship overseas)
6. Chit-chat allowed?? Y/N

I know it may seem like a lot of hassle, but the main Rule is to CYA... LOL!!
