I made an order as he was switching sites and his web service didn't notify him of my order...which was made just as the the switchover ocurred..leaving me hanging...I noticed a few days later I hadn't recieved a notification of shipment sent and sent him a message....a few hours later he called me and went above and beyond the call of duty to make it right...

Andrew at CCV is a vendor who truly keeps customer service where it should be...at the top of the list...Care for your customers and they will come back...:thumbs:

I am now a customer for life with him...I don't give my loyalty lightly...he has more than proven himself to me...:wub:
