I had an issue with some faulty Resurrectors from CCV. I've always had at least 2 or 3 out of a 15-pack end up being defective. But this last time it was five so I asked for replacements per their guarantee. I was informed this morning from one of Andrew's employees that they no longer have a guarantee or any warranty on their cartos. So if you get a carto that's DOA, you're SOL.

I checked the site to confirm, and it is indeed true. From CCV's site:

We will except defective items within 14 days from the day it was shipped to you.

**PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS**

OUR RETURN POLICY "EXCLUDES" ANY AND ALL CARTOMISERS/ATOMISERS

So I basically just wanted to make sure that everyone is informed on this matter. When you purchase cartos from CCV, it's now "buy at your own risk" just like most other places that sell the Smoktech 1.7ohm cartos.

Me either. That's why regulation of this industry is almost certain. You can't continue to sell a product that doesn't have any kind of warranty, even just DOA, and not make enemies. This is all like a third world business, everyone looking out for themselves, retailers ducking behind "its all subjective." I am getting worn out from all this craziness.
