Not sure about CT, but Halo cigs are based in New Jersey and they have very good e-liquid.

You might want to ask your menthol question in a new thread (and in its title) and mention what menthol cigs you smoke.

I do know Halocigs have menthols some like but I don't vape menthol and know nothing about them.

From what i have found some of the head shops, some tobacco shops, and some of the malls have E-liquid..... As far as i have found they are all crappy..... Best bet is to try a few orders from close vendors here are a 2 good ones i use that ship to Ct in 2-3 days Backwoods Brew and
Welcome to MadVapes LLC..... Also they are the menthol I use daily..... Madvapes dekang is a stronger menthol, where the backwoods is closer to a real cig it also has 3 strengths of menthol i like higher best but will require a steep time of a week or so before it taste really good.....

Most vendors ship to CT in record time...I have had no problems with quick shipping. Compared to the midwest, however, headshops are few and far between. Any place that did sell hardware or liquid would probably overcharge you anyway. You're better off online from my view.
