You won't be disapointed with the Cthulhu Hastur MTL RTA, I've only had it a day and am very impressed. Really easy build, wicking was a doddle, no gurgling, no leaking, and flavour for days. Popped in the smallest air insert, with the AFC wide open, and in my opinion a perfect MTL draw. I did find the AFC difficult to adjust when mounted on the mod, as there is no knurling to grip onto, but just adjusted it off mod to my liking.
Cthulhu are onto a winner here.

I went and bought a second one and also have the additional inserts coming on the slow boat from China so I will update with my take on the inserts but I'm really enjoying this RTA it has replaced my siren v2 and beserker. It is even starting to grow on me in the looks department.

One thing I love about this RTA is it's ability to wick really well let's me use some non traditional MTL builds. I have been using a fused Clapton build and it's vaping amazingly

@Sed8op8 since you have both, how does it compare to the Cthulhu MTL? I'm not a MTL style vaper anymore, but not quite a big DL either. I use the Cthulhu almost all the way open, no inserts. Im curious to try the Hastur cause of the deck. The ONLY complaint I have about the Cthulhu, is often when closing down the juice control to refill, it will pull my wicks out a little and it will start leaking. Its great for the first couple of tanks but eventually this will happen.

Was going to order one of these to try, but only US site I could find who had it was element vapes and they wanted me to jump through hoops to order, even though ordered fine from them a month ago, now want last 4 of my social and upload my ID, yea not going to happen.

Anyone know any other US site carrying this one?

Thats the only one Ive found so far too. Vapor DNA and Eciggity used to carry them, but I dont remember seeing them having anything other than the Cthulhu V2 and the RDAs. Doesn't even look like they have those anymore. I just bought my Cthulhu MTL from Vapor DNA in March this year even.

Without the inserts you will get a very similar vape as the Cthulhu MTL

Got one of these a couple of days ago and don't seem to be able to set it up to my liking. Compared to my Siren V2 the flavour isn't as good and throat hit isn't really there. So far I've tried the 2.0 and 1.6mm airflow restrictors. 2.0 was too airy, 1.6 seems about right for me with the afc mostly open. Wicking seems fine too. I'm using same coil(2.5mm 1ohm Kanthal) and eliquid as the Siren. Maybe this is just as good as it gets? Bit disappointing tbh

I want this tank but I just can't pull the trigger... I like everything about it but I'm still having great results with my Berserker.

if you like the siren v2, maybe you need the af restrictor with 3 holes?

I have had both tanks for a couple of weeks now. I find that the Hastur has far more flavor than the Siren V2. I am using the 2.5mm airflow so a lot airier than the V2. I like both tanks but the Siren V2 seems to have a muted flavor even compared to the V1. Other than the juice volume, I think this tank is terrific. Use it every day.
