Hi, forum
Wanna get Cuboid but a bit disappointed about its power restrictions. I'm not a cloud chasing guy but like to vape high w from time to time.
So here's the question: what about getting two different battery pairs - one for casual vaping (let's say 25r or even hg2) and second for high w (something like hb2, hb4 or vtc3)? Will this be alright and safe?
Thanks in advance)

What power restrictions?

It doesn't allow you to adjust wattage higher than it considers safe.

I guess it must be monitoring the battery for signs of stress

That sounds more like a safety feature, not a power restriction.
It probably monitors your battery change in voltage when under load, and when battery voltage drops too much under load it stops instead of stressing the battery.

So long as you keep the batteries in married pairs, no problem. The HG2 is a 20A battery. VTC3s are very hard to get, but you might get lucky and find some. VTC4s can be had. They are, technically, 20A batteries also, but they can be run to 30A without dangerous overheating according to @Mooch . The HB6s can also be gotten-- RTDVapor had them in stock last week-- but battery life sux, only 1100 mAh. FWIW, the VTC4 is, IMO, about the best compromise commonly available.

Ican get hb6 but would it push the limits like in the chart or am I mistaken?
