Briefly describe your problem or issueSo I order my wick replacements from them for my Vivi Nova 10 tanks, or I used to I should say. One August 2nd, I ordered a 5 wick packet and decided to try 2 of their juices just to test them out. Well I got the wicks, along with my receipt for the juice, but no juice in the envelope. No biggie I thought, mistakes happen.
So I sent them an email. Nothing. Sent then another, and still nothing. Sent them a 3rd, plus I called the number............you guessed it, NOTHING. A week or more goes by and I get a BS email out of the blue saying they checked and that very day as magic would have it, my package was out for delivery (This was Monday, 10 days after ordering). I thought, finally! I can be done with this. Checked the mail..........Nothing. Sent another email...........Nothing. Yesterday the same process.
Now, I dont ever like to bad mouth companies, but this is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Most vendors I have worked with, such as Fuzion, MtBaker, Velvet, etc all go above and beyond, so perhaps I have been spoiled. I just thought I would let all of you know because its been a pain dealing with, or trying to deal with this company and I wouldnt want to see any of you have to go through the same thing. Now where can I order 5 packs of Vivi heads at a reasonable price, because I will not be ordering from Cuecig.com ever again.
